⚡ APPLICATION GUIDE FOR APPLYING NET METERING
📋 Requirements
- Submit the following requirements to
zameco2netmetering@gmail.com:- Letter of Intent addressed to Engr. Romwil F. De Jesus
- Copy of Government Issued IDs (Driver’s License, Passport, GSIS, etc.)
- Single Line Diagram of Solar Photovoltaic System Installed
- Electrical Permit of Solar Photovoltaic (BFP)
- Statement of Account (Electric bill of applicant)
- Certificate of Final Inspection for Solar PV System (issued after REC and Net Meter installation)
- Accomplished ERC Certificate of Compliance (COC) Form for Qualified End-User
- Official Receipt of Inspection Fee
- Google Map of Location (coordinates or map link)
- Picture of Actual Installed Metering Facility
- Additional Requirements (if necessary):
- Authorization Letter and Valid ID
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (photocopy and original)
- In case of deceased account holder, update account name first
- Contract of Lease / Commercial Agreement
🔍 Inspection and Clearances
- Applicant shall undergo the following:
- Account Clearance: Certification of Billing to confirm account is in good standing
- Initial Inspection: Conducted within 2–4 days after receipt of complete documents. Submit picture of net metering facility.
- Final Inspection: Ensures full compliance with net metering standards. Notify the office by call or text to schedule.
💵 Payment for Fees
- Inspection Fee: To be paid upon submission of complete documents.
- Notarial Fee: To be paid upon contract signing (Official Receipt issued).
- ERC Processing Fee: Php 1,500.00 to be paid via Landbank upon receiving the Statement of Account
from Energy Regulatory Commission after document submission by ZAMECO II.
⚙️ Installation of REC and Net Meter
Installation will be completed within 3 to 5 working days upon completion of the net metering facility.
