Fees:
- ? Membership Fee: PHP 5.00
- ? Change Name Fee: PHP 44.80
? Pre-membership Seminar: Held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 AM at ZAMECO II Main Office, Nagbunga, Castillejos after application approval.
- ? Must present the original copy/s; photocopies are to be submitted with the application
- ? All outstanding balances must be fully paid before the account transfer

- ✏️ For clerical errors (e.g. name misspelling): only a valid ID is required
- ? For name change from maiden to married: Marriage Contract is required

- Submit specific + general requirements to any ZAMECO II Office
- Waiver of Rights format is available at any ZAMECO II Office
- If the applicant attended a Barangay Meeting within the last 6 months, it may count as the Pre-Membership Seminar
