1. Distribution Transformers
The Procurement for the Consignment, Supply and Delivery of the 2026-2027 RPH Distribution Transformers Requirements of the Member Electric Cooperatives of Region Three (PB-ITB-R3-1-2025).
This is to inform First Philec, Inc. (“Philec”) that it has passed the Post-Qualification Evaluation for the procurement of the above project under the National Electrification Administration’s (NEA) Regional Procurement Hub (RPH) Program. Thus, Philec is awarded the contract for PB-ITB-R3-1-2025 in accordance with its Total Bid Price, as follows:
