- ✅ This program is applicable to all types of consumers.
- ✅ Consumers must have been disconnected for six (6) months or more prior to availing of the Amnesty Program.
- ✅ Surcharges from the time of disconnection up to the time of payment will be condoned by ZAMECO II, provided that the outstanding balance is paid in full (one-time payment) within the amnesty period, including the reconnection fee and bill deposit (if applicable).
- ✅ The program is effective immediately after its publication and approval on September 1, 2025 and will run for a period of six (6) months, ending on February 28, 2026.
- ✅ All amnesty payments may be made at any ZAMECO II Collection Office, unless otherwise advised by the Consumer Welfare Desk Coordinator (CWDC).
📝 Procedures
- 📤 Visit any ZAMECO II Office to inquire about your outstanding balance and confirm eligibility for the Amnesty Program.
- 💳 Settle the outstanding balance in full, including the reconnection fee and bill deposit (if required), within the amnesty period.
- 📄 Ensure your account details are updated and submit any required documents requested by the office personnel.
- ⚡ Wait for the reconnection process to be completed after payment confirmation.

This Amnesty Program is a limited-time opportunity. Consumers are encouraged to settle their accounts early to avoid delays and ensure reconnection within the program period.
