The increase in the Effective Power Rate for July 2025 is attributed to the completion of the Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-up Mechanism, which addressed the return of over collections in generation and transmission charges which was reflected to the June 2025 billing. Therefore, the generation rate has normalized for July 2025.
