Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Cavite, Metro Manila, Batangas, Pampanga, and Bulacan within the next 2 hours.
The above conditions are being experienced in Bataan (Morong) and Zambales (Olongapo, Subic, San Antonio) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
