📑 Documentary Requirements

• Photocopy of Proof of Ownership:
  • Land Title
  • Contract to Sell/of Lease
  • Deed of Sale/Donation
  • Tax Declaration or
  • Right to Occupy with Undertaking
• 1 pc 2×2 Picture
• Photocopy of Valid IDs
• Original Barangay Certification (purpose: Electric Connection)
• Electrical Layout Plan with Load Schedule
• Vicinity Map of House Location
• 2 Nearest Neighbors Account Name and Number
• Certificate of Pre-Member Seminar attended

📌 Other Requirements

• Authorization Letter with ID for Representative or non-owners of the property
• Original copy of Notice of Final Inspection/Certification (for FCI & Housing Development)

🧑‍🏫 Pre-membership Seminar

All new accounts must attend a Pre-Membership Seminar (PMS).

Seminar is scheduled after approval of house wiring inspection and submitted documents.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays — 8:00 AM onwards at ZAMECO II Main Office, Nagbunga, Castillejos.

Note: Applicants who attended a Barangay Meeting in the last 6 months may use it as PMS credit.

🧰 Must be Ready Before Inspection

• House wiring Installation
• Circuit Breaker
• Service Entrance
• Post knob
• Service pole (if needed): Must be minimum 25 meters span, at least 6 meters height. No bamboo; use GI pipe or concrete.
• Service Wire: Duplicate #6 – First 30m provided free by ZAMECO II; excess is applicant’s responsibility and must be installed before inspection.

IMPORTANT: To ensure correct installation and completeness, consult a Certified Private Electrician.

📝 Process

• 📤 Submit the complete documentary requirements at any ZAMECO II office and pay the inspection fee.
• 🔍 ZAMECO II Inspector will visit the applicant’s house. Checklist must be ready.
  • Follow-up/Re-inspection Contact:

• ✅ Once Approved: ZAMECO II will notify for the PMS Schedule.
• 🧾 After the seminar, applicant pays Membership Fee and Bill Deposit and signs:
  • Contract of Service
  • Bill Deposit Agreement
  • Data Privacy Statement
• ⚡ Wait for Line Tapping as advised during the seminar.

Note: Pre-membership Seminar may be waived for additional accounts.
