Program Details<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; font-size: 15px;\">\n<li><strong>Number of Slots:<\/strong> 10<\/li>\n<li><strong>Closing Date:<\/strong> September 24, 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"border-color: #ef9a9a; margin: 30px 0;\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"color: #c62828;\">\u2705 Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"padding-left: 20px; font-size: 15px;\">\n<li>Must be a bonafide student of any SUC or Private College in Zambales and Olongapo City pursuing a bachelor\u2019s degree in any field.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a bonafide resident of Subic, Castillejos, San Marcelino, San Antonio, San Narciso, San Felipe, and Cabangan.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a first or second degree family member (Son\/Daughter, Brother\/Sister) of ZAMECO II registered Member-Consumer-Owners.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a general weighted average of <strong>1.75 or better<\/strong> in the previous academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Annual Family Income must not exceed <strong>Php 250,000<\/strong> as verified through BIR Income Tax Return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr style=\"border-color: #ef9a9a; margin: 30px 0;\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"color: #c62828;\">? Requirements (Application)<\/h3>\n<ol style=\"padding-left: 20px; font-size: 15px;\">\n<li>Letter of intent (printed on short bond paper) addressed to <strong>Engr. Romwil F. De Jesus, General Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Application form with 2&#215;2 picture (provided by ZAMECO II)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Grades (COG) duly certified with university seal (Original)<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Registration\/Enrollment (Previous and Present Semester)<\/li>\n<li>PSA\/NSO Birth Certificate (Copy)<\/li>\n<li>Proof of Billing (Statement of Account of the registered consumer \u2013 family member)<\/li>\n<li>Income Tax Return (ITR)\/BIR Certification (Parent)<\/li>\n<li>Barangay Clearance (Student)<\/li>\n<li>School ID (Photocopy)<\/li>\n<li>Parent\/Guardian Valid ID (Photocopy) or any Proof of Identification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Qualified applicants shall receive <strong>\u20b15,000 per semester<\/strong>. The grant will be automatically renewed each semester, provided that the renewal criteria are met.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Applications shall be submitted at the <strong>ZAMECO II Main Office, Nagbunga, Castillejos, Zambales<\/strong>, through <strong>Mr. Remuel Serafica<\/strong> or <strong>Ms. Dianne Del Rosario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #f8c8c8; border-left: 6px solid #b71c1c; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0; font-size: 15px;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If there are more than ten (10) qualified applicants, ZAMECO II shall rank them based on their General Weighted Average (GWA).
