Amnesty Program 2025<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"color: #c62828;\">\u2139\ufe0f Program Details<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li>\u2705 This program is <strong>applicable to all types of consumers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 Consumers must have been <strong>disconnected for six (6) months or more<\/strong> prior to availing of the Amnesty Program.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2705\u00a0Surcharges<\/strong> from the time of disconnection up to the time of payment will be <strong>condoned by ZAMECO II<\/strong>, provided that the <strong>outstanding balance is paid in full (one-time payment)<\/strong> within the amnesty period, including the <strong>reconnection fee and bill deposit (if applicable)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 The program is <strong>effective immediately<\/strong> after its publication and approval on <strong>September 1, 2025<\/strong> and will run for a period of <strong>six (6) months<\/strong>, ending on <strong>February 28, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 All amnesty payments may be made at any <strong>ZAMECO II Collection Office<\/strong>, unless otherwise advised by the <strong>Consumer Welfare Desk Coordinator (CWDC)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr style=\"border-color: #ef9a9a; margin: 30px 0;\" \/>\n<h3 style=\"color: #c62828;\">? Procedures<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">\n<li>? Visit any <strong>ZAMECO II Office <\/strong>to inquire about your outstanding balance and confirm eligibility for the Amnesty Program.<\/li>\n<li>? Settle the <strong>outstanding balance in full<\/strong>, including the reconnection fee and bill deposit (if required), within the amnesty period.<\/li>\n<li>? Ensure your account details are updated and submit any required documents requested by the office personnel.<\/li>\n<li>\u26a1 Wait for the <strong>reconnection process<\/strong> to be completed after payment confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #c62828; font-weight: bold;\">Note:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 20px;\">This Amnesty Program is a <strong>limited-time opportunity<\/strong>.
