Some transactions are not immediately posted even though the amount has already been deducted from their GCash e-wallet. In some cases, the payment does not instantly reflect in ZAMECO II despite GCash having a real-time posting feature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #444; text-align: justify;\">Please be reminded that <strong>GCash is a third-party payment service<\/strong> that is <strong>not managed or controlled by ZAMECO II<\/strong>. GCash processes transactions through <strong>ECPay<\/strong>, and ECPay is the one responsible for remitting your payments to ZAMECO II.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #222; font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.6;\">\n<li>\u2705 If your transaction is successful in the GCash app but does not reflect in ZAMECO II, the issue is between <strong>GCash and ECPay<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 After paying through GCash, <strong>verify your payment<\/strong> using the <strong>Check My Bill<\/strong> feature via ZAMECO II Messenger.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 If you encounter problems, immediately contact ECPay at <strong>helpdesk@ecpay.com.ph<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u2705 Based on reports from some users, refunds are processed and returned after a few days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 15px; color: #444; text-align: justify;\">For a smoother payment experience, you may also consider using other online payment services such as <strong>Maya, Cebuana Lhuillier, SM and SM Savemore, 7-Eleven, Royal Duty Free,<\/strong> and <strong>Truemoney<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin: 30px 0; border: 0; border-top: 1px solid #ccc;\" \/>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong style=\"color: #c62828;\">ZAMECO II<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Zambales II Electric Cooperative, Inc.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>?
