This is to inform First Philec, Inc.<\/strong> (“Philec”)<\/strong> that it has passed the Post-Qualification Evaluation for the procurement of the above project under the National Electrification Administration\u2019s\u00a0(NEA)<\/strong> Regional Procurement Hub (RPH) Program.
