PROHIBITED ACTS<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; color: #333; line-height: 1.7;\">\n<li>Planting of tall-growing plants of any kind within the power line corridor.<\/li>\n<li>Constructing or erecting hazardous improvements within the power line corridor.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting any hazardous activities within the power line corridor.<\/li>\n<li>Refusing entry to ZAMECO II personnel for maintenance and operation-related activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color: #b71c1c;\">? POWER LINE CORRIDOR (PLC)<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; color: #333; line-height: 1.7;\">\n<li><strong>NON-HAZARDOUS RIGID STRUCTURE<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>PLC Safety Clearance for 750VAC &#8211; 22KVAC:<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum Vertical Clearance: <strong>3.8 meters<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum Horizontal Clearance: <strong><strong>2.3 meters<\/strong><\/strong><em>PLC Safety Clearance for 0VAC &#8211; 750VAC:<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum Vertical Clearance: <strong>1.07 meters<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Minimum Horizontal Clearance: <strong>1.5 meters<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>VEGETATION MANAGEMENT<\/strong><br \/>\nZAMECO II reserves the right to conduct pruning, cutting, or clearing of tall-growing plants within the PLC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"color: #b71c1c;\">\u2696\ufe0f PENALTIES<\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #555;\">In case of violations under the law, ZAMECO II may seek the assistance of the LGU, PNP, or AFP to enforce actions, who are mandated to comply.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background-color: #ffebee; border-left: 6px solid #DC2525; padding: 15px; margin: 20px 0;\">\n<h4 style=\"margin-top: 0;\">? First Offense<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Imprisonment: 1 month and 1 day to 6 months<\/li>\n<li>Fine: \u20b150,000 or both<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>? Second Offense<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Imprisonment: 6 months and 1 day to 6 years<\/li>\n<li>Fine: \u20b1100,000 or both<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>?
