RA 9994 – Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alam mo ba na may 5% diskwento<\/strong> sa buwanang konsumo ng tubig at kuryente ang mga senior citizen? Ayon sa batas na ito:<\/p>\n

SEC. 4. Privileges for the Senior Citizens<\/strong>
\n\u201c(c) the grant of a minimum of five percent (5%) discount relative to the monthly utilization of water and electricity supplied by the public utilities:<\/em><\/p>\n

? Provided, that the individual meters for the foregoing utilities are registered in the name of the senior citizen residing therein.<\/p>\n

? Provided, further, that the monthly consumption does not exceed 100 kWh<\/strong> (electricity) and 30 m\u00b3<\/strong> (water).<\/p>\n

? Provided, furthermore, that the privilege is granted per household<\/strong> regardless of the number of senior citizens residing therein.\u201d<\/div>\n

  • ? Senior Citizen ID (Patunay ng Edad)<\/li>\n
  • ? Barangay Clearance (Patunay ng Tirahan)<\/li>\n
  • ? Kopya ng Billing Statement (SOA – kahit anong buwan)<\/li>\n
  • ? 1 pirasong 2×2 picture<\/li>\n
  • ? Authorization Letter + Valid ID kung representative ang magpoproseso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u26a0\ufe0f Mga Kondisyon:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Dapat nakapangalan sa senior citizen ang metro\/account.<\/li>\n
    2. Ang konsumo kada buwan ay hindi hihigit sa 100 kWh<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Isang senior lamang kada household ang maaaring makinabang.<\/li>\n
    4. Taun-taong pagrerehistro sa ZAMECO II para sa renewal ng diskwento.<\/li>\n
    5. Dapat ay isang taon na nakapangalan sa senior citizen ang account bago mag-apply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
